I offer somatic coaching sessions focused on nervous system regulation for people who want to connect with their body's innate wisdom, reduce stress and anxiety, and ultimately transform their relationship with themselves, others, and the world around them.
I also lead workshops and events where people can slow down and access deeper parts of themselves to live a more conscious, meaningful, and connected life. My mission is to creating supportive community and safe space for self-inquiry and personal growth.
